WHAT IS CROSSFIT? 

CrossFit is advertised, in four words, as “the sport of fitness.”

CrossFit comprise of constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. It is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an effective yet still encouraging, environment.

CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.  Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of, and prepared for, practically anything and everything.

 CrossFit is the opposite of a gym. We do not make use of elliptical trainers, treadmills, weigh machines, etc. When people ask us where the machines are, we inform them that our bodies are the machines.

 CLASS SESSIONS

At Skeleton Coast we offer CrossFit for Adults (18 years and up) and Teens (between the ages of 13 – 18 years).

We are open 5 days a week from 5am – 7pm in the evenings with classes offered on specific time slots during the week.
