Ergonomics: the study of people's efficiency in their working environment
Manual Handling: any transporting or supporting of a load - including the lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving thereof by hand or bodily force.
We consult companies and teach workers techniques to cope with their working environment via Ppt; Video and Practical demonstrations.
Our main aim is to minimize overuse- and musculoskeletal injuries. We also try to minimize cost to companies and try to work towards better productivity when it comes to your workers working environment.
The aim of this workshop is to familiarize coaches with the principles of taping and strapping for use in the management of sport injuries.
This workshop will teach the safe and effective application of several taping techniques to cover joint stability of all the major joints with various strapping materials.
2. PREVENTION AND MANAGING OF SPORT INJURIES
Most sports injuries can often be easily prevented through a few key principles. The aim of this workshop is to inform your sports coaches of these key principles.
Even if an injury does occur, it is extremely important to promptly detect and manage the injury to prevent complications and ensure maximal recovery of your athletes.
3. DYNAMIC WARM-UP: GENERAL OR SPORT SPESIFIC
The aim of this workshop is to educate your coaches of the importance of effective warm-up and cool-down activities. This will minimize injuries and help your team or athletes to perform optimally.
