
Our supervised Aqua Classes is ideal for expecting moms. It includes low-impact workouts in our heated pool. The buoyancy of the water requires you to support only 50 percent of your weight, which alleviates stress on your joints and muscles.
It will decrease lower back discomfort and improve circulation in especially the lower legs and around the ankles. It is lots of fun and also a social gathering of moms exchanging ideas and sharing their knowledge.
Our Classes are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:30-18:00
